Autentico painted table

Trust me, when I bought this it was lovely. Now it is time to give it the Autentico make-over.

Now which colour of Autentico shall I use this time?

used some wire wool and then wiped down. Teresa choice Herbs, she knows best!

It got two coats of paint, painting in a different direction for each coat, adding depth. Then using a paintbrush, applied  an autentico clear wax to it. Left to dry and added a second coat of wax, then after drying, polished it lightly.

Now we have a wonderful new garden table.

Why Esterno?

• Vapour permeability

• Water repellent / hydrophobic – excellent durability as the rain cannot penetrate the paint and your walls although moisture can escape if  necessary

• Self-cleaning capacities / natural attenuation

• Combination of these properties and use of microscopic hairs (mixed in the paint) keeps moisture from outside penetrating the surface, but allows the walls to breath.

• Even with repeated treatments in the future this vapour permeable paint retains its special properties.
